Enabling Automatic Time Zone Settings in iOS

Do the same steps as above, but make sure you choose a city that doesn’t do DST.
You can also manually set your time. Again, make sure you restart your phone, so it takes effect.
Enabling Time Zone Override in Calendar
If you find that your appointments are all off by an hour before or after DST ends, you can enable Time Zone Override. Check your appointments right now, actually—sometimes iOS will adjust them in advance. Go to Settings > Calendar > Time Zone Override. Enable Time Zone Override and choose your Time Zone.
Time Zone Support in iCloud Calendar
If your iOS devices sync with your iCloud Calendar, you can change your settings on iCloud.com.
To change your time zone, log in to iCloud.com and go to Settings and click your region under Time Zone/Region – this only affects your calendar.
You can also open up your calendar, click Settings gear on the bottom-left and then click Preferences > Advanced.
Here, you can choose to Enable Time Zone Support.
Now you’ll have a time zone drop-down when you create events.
